Saturday 12/2/06 Surf Report
Another day of clean waves with offshore winds. Today, the wind was making it difficult to get into the waves, but when you could get into them, they were nice peeling lines 2-4' with occasional 5'.

Another video from this morning 12/1/06
I realized I put up the shorter of the two video clips. Here is the other one...a nice party wave.
12/1/06 Surf Report
The nice, glassy conditions continue. This morning there was a 6' high tide at ~7AM that was probably hurting things a little bit, but I would assume that as the tide comes down that conditions would improve. Waves at Linda Mar at 8AM were 3-4' with nice peeling lines. The quote of the day that I heard was "I wish every day was like this". I also checked Montara and the Nude Beach and both of those were still pretty small due to the high tide. Still pretty cold out there, but nice and clear skies.

Surf Forecast
Looks to be picking up for Friday a little more than Thursday...Sounds like it could be a good morning if we still get the offshores that are predicted.
11/30/06 Surf Report
Linda Mar this morning is nice clean and glassy conditions. A very light offshore breeze with 2-4' peeling lines. Mostly soft longboardable waves, but I'm sure you could still have fun on a short board or fish. It looked like there were waves up by Sharp Park, as well and the report for OB doesn't sound too bad. Not a bad day to surf other than it is still pretty cold, but hey, when is it warm here anyways? and that will keep people out of the water so it doesn't get too crowded.

11/29/06 Surf Report
Wednesday morning at Linda Mar is another clear morning, but a very cold 50F. The waves have cleaned up a little bit from the past few days, but the wind is still onshore, so the waves are a bit crumbly. Wave heights are 2-3', mostly closed out, but looked like some sections on the north and south ends of the beach. Nothing to get too excited about.

11/29/06 Tuesday morning Report
Don't let the nice Blue skies fool you. It is a cold morning, 50 degrees around 8AM with a strong NW wind. So, this pretty much killed most of the surf, if the white caps in the pictures didn't give it away. Overall, I would say that it isn't anything that you would want to surf, but if for some reason you have never seen the ocean and wanted to try and catch some waves, they are 2-3' with terrible shape.

Its Monday 11/27/06
Almost back to the usual schedule. Well, waves at Linda Mar this morning are 2-4' with occasional larger set on the north end of the beach. Pretty strong onshore wind at 9AM was killing the form. There was one guy out who I didn't see catch anything.

I also ended up going by the Jetty in HMB which looked a little cleaner, but not too much size.

11/26/06 Afternoon Surf Report
A late afternoon surf report of Linda Mar - probably too late for you to get out there for. Well, even with the rain and strong winds, there are still some decent waves. Since the wind is mostly offshore it is keeping things clean. I heard that this morning around 8-10AM was pretty fun, shoulder to head high. Around 3PM when I checked it there were some waist to shoulder high waves that were peeling through. Looked a little tough to get into the waves.
